9.00 am briefing in the Cafe for Coaches/Managers/Scorers and Umpires.

CHECK YOUR SCORE THROUGHOUT THE DAY.  CHECK THE STANDINGS TAB FOR HOW YOUR TEAM IS TRACKING AGAINST THE OTHERS IN YOUR GRADE.  DRAWS ARE ALLOWED DURING ROUND ROBIN GAMES

THE SCORING APP WILL BE USED.

The Team Access Codes are below to score the game.

There are 2 x scorers for every game - 1 from each team who MUST STAND TOGETHER to make sure they are on track with the score.  They both Submit the score.

ALL teams need to have the My Netball Manager App from your App or Play Store.  If you have registered to the app previously, click on the 3 dots at the top of the app to add your new team code for the tournament.  If you have never used the app, you will need to download it, register and put in your team score code.

Please ensure you  have a parent or someone who can help score your games.

The Semi Finals and Finals will come up on the website draw and the app once the round robin games are finished.  Keep an eye on the standings tab to see how your team is going.

Umpires

Please ensure you have an umpire for your team.  Because of the timing of this draw, it is unwise for one umpire to do 2 teams.

You will have your umpire for the round robin games, but if your team makes the semi finals or finals, we will be allocating your team an umpire.

Game Information

Round robin points are as follows – Win = 4 points, Draw = 3, 0 = Loss and a close loss within 2 goals = 1 point

If teams are on equal points at the end of the round robin in a section, we use goal ratio to work out who goes through for the semi final.  Goal ratio = goals for divided by goals against. 

Draws are allowed in the round robin games but NOT in the semi finals or finals.  Teams are to play on until the next goal is scored.

Every team will have 4 games and a Bye.

Grades A, B, and C will have a semi final between the top teams of each section only at 1.10 pm and then winners go to the Final at 1.40 pm

Grade D has a round robin.  The team with most points wins the Grade.

All games will be 9 minute halves with a 1 minute half time break.  1 minute break between rounds - please get off the court quickly and do your cheers off the court.

Rolling subs are allowed during the game.

Boys - the same rules apply, they cannot be in the goal circle together GA & GS or GK & GD. And only 3 on court at any one time.

Please play your players fairly over the day.  No player should only have 10 minutes on the court.  They should all be taking part and having fair time on court.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We will not cancel if raining, please be prepared with extra clothing and towels.
