YEAR 5 INFORMATION

First games starts 6th May 2026

Year 5 Teams

Rotations - left hand side of the draw is Team 1 and right hand side Team 2.  To see how to do the rotations (which are set rotations and must be followed by all teams) go to this page https://www.netballnorthharbour.co.nz/our-competitions/primary-competition  and check out the video on the right called Rotations.

Remember to collect your team card from the Desk when you arrive.  Fill it in and hand back either before or after the game.

Year 6 Teams

Remember to complete your team sheet on the App BEFORE your game starts.  Make team changes as they occur during the game.  Click on the link above to view the videos on how to score, set up your teams and make changes.

All Teams

NO JEWELLERY IS TO BE WORN.  This includes earrings.  They cannot be taped, they need to be removed.

Note:  Results will not be published for grading games and the grading game draws have to be done week by week.  

Health & Safety when the hoops around for netball games on Wednesdays.

If you are turning the hoops, it is quite easy to push the protective goal post pad up and push the Year 5 hoops partially out of the bracket they sit in.  If a Year 5 hoop happens to be partially pushed out, please send someone to the Control Room so it can be removed.  It is a danger and could fall out of the bracket and we would not like it to land on someone’s head, particularly a child’s, as they are very heavy.

Please be aware of this when moving hoops.
