This page is for umpires who umpire at Netball North Harbour and are allocated games for Club & College during the season.

For allocated games in 2026 Netball North Harbour is using Sporty's Appoint Me.  Umpires will need to register to Appoint Me if you are likey to be allocated to Club and College games (Zone Theory or higher), - eg Premier 1, 2, 3, Senior 1 and College Premier 1 and College 1

To register to Appoint Me please go to https://sporty.co.nz/appointme  You will also receive 2 x emails when you register on the Umpires 2026 form.  One confirmation of your registration and one email giving you access to Appoint Me.  Again only Umpires who have Zone Theory or above need to do this.

If you have never registered to Sporty before you will need to create a login.  If you already have a Sporty login, you can login to Appoint Me using that login.  Please do not use your school email if you play or coach for Club/School.

1. To make yourself available use ‘Set Availability’ from the App. Select date/s when you ARE available AM, PM or after 6pm (if you are available all day, click both AM and PM)  As this is quite broad and you are only available for an 8.40pm game you can make a Note - tick the after 6.00pm but put a note saying you are only available for the 8.40pm games

2. Once allocations have been actioned, Umpires will receive an email advising them they have been allocated to a game.  You can ACCEPT the appointment from either the email OR from the Appoint Me App by checking ‘Review Appointments’.  Umpires must ACCEPT or DECLINE in a timely manner.

3. You can DECLINE an appointment, but a reason MUST be given as to why your situation has now changed.

4. Allocations will be visible on your Appoint Me allocations list under ‘View My Appointments’ and will also be displayed on the NNH website under NNH Club/College Competitions once you accept your allocation
