HBC SOCIAL NETBALL
REGISTRATIONS ARE CLOSED.
Social netball for adults at Edith Hopper netball courts on Saturday afternoons.
Dates: 28th October to 18th November (4 week block)
Cost $200.00 per team.
Round times: 1pm/1.45pm/2.30pm - depending on team numbers.
Running an evening social competition is not possible due to the lighting issues at the Park which we are currently working on.
Teams must supply their own umpire.
- Games are 4 x 10 minute quarters.
- Social Twilight is a social league for adult players (Year 9 and above) of all abilities.
- Rules are the same as Saturday netball i.e. No jewellery, nails must be short (except gloves can be worn in this competition). Please click here to view regulations.
- Mixed teams (males & females playing together) can have a maximum of three males on the court at one time but must play in different sections of the court. Every other grade is Ladies ONLY.
- Teams must supply their own umpire and ball.
- Uniforms are not required.
Fees:
The fee is $200.00 per team for 4 x weeks. Fees must be paid in full ($200.00) 1 week before the commencement of the block. Teams will not be put into the draw until the registration fee is paid.
A late default payment penalty fee of $50.00 will be charged if teams do not notify the Administrator via email vikki@netballnorthharbour.co.nz - as the Administrator works part time by 11.00 am on the day of the competition of the need to default.
A make up game will be offered to the team defaulted against if a team cannot be found to play against them on the night of the default. While every effort will be made to arrange a make-up game for the team defaulted against, there is no guarantee that this will be possible.
