VBall is a fast paced, fun game aimed at all ages and fitness levels due to non-stop subbing allowed. This new game is adaptable to all ages and is of special benefit for members of all sporting codes wishing to work on their off-season fitness and agility. We offer ladies and mixed grades so both male and females are encouraged to participate.

Our next Block starts Weds the 18th of April 7.00pm and is played at AMI Netball North Harbour, umpire supplied for this competition
