The Netball North Harbour function room is the largest room available to hire at the AMI Netball Centre. The room is suitable for a large number of different uses including weddings, conferences, seminars, public forums and community meetings. The Kitchen is a full equipped modern kitchen and the AMI Netball Centre has a fabulous caterer who can design a menu to suit any budget requirements. The kitchen contains a refrigerator, 6 hob gas oven, and grill, warming oven, microwave and a commercial dishwasher. The Function room can accommodate up to 400 people seated in a large conference set up. It has the ability to be positioned or converted to suit your needs. The large flat dance floor space extends for banquet capabilities for up to 250 people. |

**Room Hire Prices are current as of 1 December 2011 and are subject to change. To secure the current room price, a 50% deposit must be made and confirmation of the booking is subject to the approval of the Liquor Licence**
BOOKING DEPOSIT/FEE AND CANCELLATIONS
To confirm your booking you must pay a bond of $500. This is refundable less any additional expenses incurred by Netball North Harbour. The deposit may be transferred to another date provided by the facility is available and notice of the request is received no later than 1 month prior to the original date booked.
REFUNDABLE BOND
A refundable bond of $500 must be received with the remainder of the Hire Fee one month prior to the function
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations within 60 Days of selected date will incur a cancellation fee of $120 +g.s.t any other costs such as your special license fee that have been incurred by Netball North Harbour will also be deducted.
BAR FACILITY
Netball North Harbour is a licensed premises and this facility is required to be operating during a Function. We supply up to two bar staff for a function of 100 people. Functions requiring more bar staff will be an extra cost to the hirer ($35.00 +GST for one additional bar staff per hour).
