NETBALL NORTH HARBOUR UMPIRES ASSOCIATION

Netball North Harbour Umpires Association was founded in 1954 and has been a strong and constantly changing Association since then, producing top New Zealand Umpires and Regional New Zealand Examiners, as well as coaching a base of qualified umpires to umpire at both College and Club level.

We have a large and friendly membership run by a Committee which deals with all the day-to-day issues. We run theory classes for every level of umpiring as well as provide the assistance required to pass the corresponding practical badges.

Netball North Harbour Umpires Association also has development squads in the Under 23 year age group, whom our top New Zealand umpires assist to achieve their best umpiring levels possible.

We have four of New Zealands top franchise and Scottwood Trust umpires in our midst as well as New Zealand umpires who attend NZ Age Group and NZ Secondary School Tournaments. We also have a pool of bench officials who attend tournaments around New Zealand as Scorers and Timekeepers.
