IN HOUSE POLICIES

  1. Our venue is fully licenced. Therefore, the consumption of any liquor or soft drink that is not purchased through the bar is NOT permitted.  Any drinks brought into the venue will be confiscated and may affect your bond.
  2. The venue is non-smoking.  Smoking is permitted outside on the balcony.
  3. If the bar is not required, you are only able to supply your own soft drinks.  NO alcoholic beverages may be brought into the premises, consumed on the premises - which includes the car park areas.  Failure to adhere to this policy will result on total loss of your bond.
  4. The venue hirer is responsible for their guests and any damage that may occure during the hire period.
  5. All venue hirers must NOT exceed the maximum capacity as stated in your contract for hire.  Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the event being shut down and loss of bond.

  6. NO smoke machines or any other source of smoke are permitted inside the complex.
