Hire Rates & Conditions
Half Day	$200.00 + GST(as from 1 September 2010 $220.00 + GST)
Full Day	$300.00 + GST (as from 1 September 2010 $330.00 + GST)
Social Functions (Evenings)	$450.00 + GST (as from 1 September 2010 $500 + GST) NB: If bar facilities are utilised - minimum of $500 spend on bar is required
Weddings	$500.00 + GST (as from 1 September 2010 $550.00 + GST) (NB: Minimum spend of $500 on bar is required if bar facilities are utilised)
Bar Facilities	Where bar facilities are required, 2 bar staff are included in the hire fee from 7pm to midnight to cater for up to 200 people. Additional bar staff (if required) are charged at $22.50 inc gst per person per hour.
Deposit, Bond & Cancellations	50% deposit to confirm booking payable on confirmation of booking 50% cancellation fee any booking cancelled within two weeks of the event $500 refundable bond payable one month prior to event
NB: Any hire between the hours of 10am and 2pm is classed as a full day hire as the facility is then unavailable for other events. We do NOT hire our facilities for the following functions, ie: 21st & 18th birthdays, raves, underage evening social events NO smoke machines or any other source of smoke are permitted inside the complex.
