NEW TO NNH - ESSENTRICS!

NEW Exercise Class starting 1 February at 10am, runs term by term, first class FREE. Essentrics is a therapeutic stretch and strengthening programme with flowing movements, that increases joint mobility, improves posture & balance, prevents injury & eases back and shoulder pain THINK; a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi & Dance. Booking for Courses and Programmes Online

Most of our courses and programmes are booked online. To book for any course or programme you need to click on the Member Login button in the left hand column, and login with your existing member login and password. Once you are logged in, click on Tasks >> Make a Purchase or Booking and select what you are after (take particular note of description and date and make sure you select your child, not yourself). If you cannot see a course or programme on the list, it means the registrations aren't open yet. If you are not registered in our database, you will need to register either as a New Player (if course attendee will play at NNH) or as an Associate. Registrations work best on a computer not phone or ipad.
